About the people
The Telvs are tall, strong and resilient. They are accustomed to mountain life and hard work.
Every Telv attends to their own craft and does not interfere in the lives of others without reason. Yet the inhabitants of Telvir always help one another whenever the city needs them.
The Telvs rarely leave Olimpia and regard outsiders with caution. They keep the routes to Telvir secret and allow no strangers into the city.
Daily life and customs
Telv life is centred on Telvir. The inhabitants grow food, hunt, make the things they need, maintain their homes and prepare stores for winter. Everyone has their own work, but the people undertake demanding tasks together.
Part of the people once lived in a settlement beyond the mountains. Namibius attacked it during his conquests, and the survivors took refuge in Telvir. Afterwards, the routes to the city were closed and all contact with the outside world was severed.
Years of isolation taught the inhabitants of Telvir to rely solely on themselves. They provide everything the city needs and admit no outsiders. Keeping Telvir hidden has become the foundation of their way of life.
